I arrived a little after midnight and waited about 20 mins before someone came to front desk and they just gave me a room key once I gave name didn’t even ask for proof of who I was. Once I got to room carpet was so nasty and wet and the room smelled weird, the bathroom was just as bad there was hair in sink and tub, the toilet was not properly secured when you got up the toilet slammed against wall.

There was nobody at the front desk to greet and or assist me. I wanted more then 15 minutes for someone to come i ring the bell and called the hotel no answer still. Then when did get assistance she was not professional at all. The room didnt smell good at all and the refrigerator was not on at all

Horrible Had roaches in our bed and didn’t stay

They charge my card at 3:00 in the morning then when I go to check in at 4:00 p.m. they didn't have my reservation Expedia and the hotel didn't have a clue to what's going on

There were ROACHES crawling all over the room AND Expedia won’t refund my $124.29 when I didn’t/ couldn’t sleep there. I left immediately.
