The drawers kept opening and closing and they didn't have any rooms available and wouldn't refund my money.

Guest Beware of Infestation of Cockroaches When we arrived, the lady at the front desk was very nice, however when we got to our room we only had 10 minutes before we had to leave for a concert at the FedEx Field. We noticed a small bug, but I killed it and we left. When we got back to tje hotel later night we noticed that there were cockroaches all over the room. We had to immediately check out. Room smelled of weed. Bathroom did not look as if it was cleaned. Dirty rag hanging on the shower rod. Floor was sticky and the TV didn't work.

The Hotel that is advertised on the Web site. Is not the one the hotel. That we arrived at. The front lobby was dirty and the one elevator was brocken . I was very disappointed. My family sad the room was ok. But they didn't have a choice. Afte driving in from NC .I could not find another hotel on the are fit them. I will be call customer service today.

Nightmare experience! Horrible experience from the desk. Not welcome. Did not even greet. Elevator was not working. I had to carry my luggages all the way to the 3rd floor. It was a nightmare! The manager who I met on check-out was not friendly. I expected an apology for carrying my luggage all way from the 3rd floor, nothing!
