Terrible Experience Terrible experience altogether, especially the quality of their bed, bedsheet. Honestly, I feel the facility need to be refurbished.

Hotel stay Delayed check in due to system issues. First room provided had running water in the bathroom. Second room was an "upgrade" however it was double beds instead of a queen. The light fixtures were dated and there were no electrical outlets near or on the nightstand.

Very disappointed So i stayed at this hold about 2 years ago it was so nice and clean and great customer service. I was so pleased i decided to have my daughters 12th birthday party slumber party here. Well that was the worst idea both rooms had roaches crawling in the bathroom and kitchen area and sleeping area. When I called downstairs to the front desk to ask for a spray they told me they didn’t have any but they could give me gloves. Needless to say I will never be coming back here again!!!!

Poor service unhappy guest This hotel isn't what it seems to be online the service stinks. The rooms need to be refurbished there out dated. Its no maintenance or cleanup service, and the toilet did not flush. Door handles fell apart asked the front desk manager about the toilet he was rude and had a attitude. He also stated i can plunge the toilet but the one toilet plunger they had on site another guess was using it and he didnt know who so the toilet never flushed my entire three day stay.

Smoke filled smoke free hotel First room reeked like pet urine, tobacco smoke and marijuana smoke. Then next room had a very strong tobacco/ cigar smoke smell. Even the lobby and halls smelled of tobacco and marijuana smoke. We also saw small cockroach . Refrigerator was missing all of its drawers and towel rack was hanging off the wall. If we didn’t have family in town we would have left and traveled home 3 hours. Instead we slept in our clothes and skip the morning shower.
