Our room was so dingy. This place definitely needs to be upgraded. The carpet was sticky in places . We had a broken ironing board and they could not find one to replace it. I can't fault the staff. They were pleasant and could only work with what they had.

There was a brown house roach ok the bed skirt .

Basic hotel Large room but no in room coffee or basic utensils when I visited

Not smoke free rooms as claimed My room said smoke free but the bedding and mattress smelt of cigarette smoke. I could not even sleep because of breathing in this horrible smell. Told the lady at front desk she didn't seem concerned at all. Outside of hotel rooms full of cigarette butts

We checked out in less than an hour after my dog ate food under the bed and found a couple pills eating one of them. I’ve yet to be refunded for the entire stay let alone, the 750 dollar emergency vet bill.

Worst hotel ever (28 years traveling) Never clean the room, asked for a cleaning and they ignored we request. There was hair on the walls in the bathroom. Most hotels come with soap shampoo and lotion, after shaving a head nothing to rehydrate my skin because they don't supply lotion. Not enough hangers in the closet for 3-day trip. Dirty iron, so don't think you're going to iron your clothes without ruining them. No dishes, the Disposable cups in the plastic wrappers had been submerged in water. love dog poop? this hotel (maybe the whole chain) caters more to animals than humans. I learned that 100% of their rooms are "pet friendly" which means they don't reserve any rooms exclusively for humans. not comforting thinking that some pooch has been pooping or peeing or shedding hair on my bed, sofa or carpet. they just lost my business.

Hair on the bed sheets!! I’m pretty sure the sheets weren’t cleaned, which is disgusting. There was hair on them and they were all stained. WiFi wasn’t working, they asked me to call a number, which was pretty inconvenient.
