Not ideal Not ideal - had to change rooms as the deadbolt on the room would not lock. Front desk was great and got me another room. However, this new room was worse and not clean - looked like it hadn't been refreshed in a few months. I ended up sleeping in the original room with just the chain lock as my protection. My fault that I didn't want to ask / move to a third room.

Blackout curtains didn’t shut fully, fridge is extremely noisy, shower curtain too short - water easily splashed on bathroom floor.

Staff was very friendly. Room could have been cleaner and there wasn't anything but coffee and tea for breakfast.

It was good, but the only thing I would change is the breakfast service, it’s no like others hotels I’ve stayed before with buffet style

Extended Stay_18 Nights Spent 18 nights in a suite. Front desk staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast could be improved with something as small as a waffle maker. It should also be moved to that area with seating that goes unused. Furniture needed dusting. I cleaned upon arrival and did my own cleaning throughout my stay. Bathtub needed to be refaced. I bought a bathmat for the stay and put it in my trunk. If this ever happens again, I'm prepared! Was not made aware of trash disposal process until 2 weeks into my stay.
