What a nights I don’t know if is because we book through your app, but ... first night emergency crews and cops from 10:00 pm to 12:00 pm whit the lights on (you can see the lights rolling through the window) then at 4:00am emergency alarm goes on!!!! Then next night around midnight guests above our room started running , marching and jumping for about 20-25 minutes. I know is something that is out of your control (same the hotel) but that was our experience.

Not clean at first but Management fixed! Had an initial problem with my first room that I had, but management quickly resolved my issue and moved me to a different room. Very professional in that sense and I liked the concern form the assistant manager who assisted me.

Nice staff but a bit run-down, bare-bones services The staff were very kind on check in. They could not give us the family room we had reserved but gave us two smaller rooms. It was confusing how you had to request room make up service, cups for water, coffee pot - I had not stayed in a long term hotel before. We regretted not having these regular hotel amenities since we were staying for only a few days.
