Great location , great staff and entertainment is not far
Great location !!! The Rio and downtown crown are great for families and couples.
I stay here often, always welcoming, rooms are always clean,
The staff is wonderful here at extended stay Rockville.
The room was clean, everything was working. the kitchenette was a big plus. We liked our stay very much. There is a supermarket "Safeway" nearby and very good donuts at "Krispy Kreme".
Nice quiet rooms , the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area.
Sorry, but won't stay here again until/unless As I mentioned to Curtis, the assistant manager, this nice place is let down by its poor cleaning and maintenance. The exterior of the building is lovely, it's super-convenient near I-270, and the front-desk staff are really nice and helpful. But the place is really run down. A few snapshots: Big hole in bug screen in first room we were put in. Actual bugs (little roaches?) scurrying about the kitchen floor and in bathroom on several occasions.
