Poor continental breakfast No changing of towels and making beds for second day Toilet flushing problematic. Had to ask for additional toilet paper. No waste basket in room (other than in bathroom and kitchen) Otherwise very clean and comfortable. Staff responded timely to requests.

One time only. Room carpeting was worn, hallways looked dirty. Breakfast was promised but not produced. No coffee in room. No ice machine. Bed was ok, bath clean.

Great location- sketchy hotel Great location--- hotel staff not so welcoming. We had a very uneasy feeling immediately, and upon entering the room we were overwhelmed with an extreme mint scent it was horrible. The ac/ fan didn't work - the front desk was able to change us to a new room right away which was great. The new room didn't have that smell but the bed was bumped right up against the window and the ac unit so you had to crawl off the bed to get out.
