This has been the worst experience of my life. I had to request dirty towels because housekeeping only comes once every two week I was told. And I had to bring my own dirty towels down to the lobby in order to get new ones and I couldn’t have any extras. The windows and trim were covered in mold and lots of it! What was left of the kitchen was covered in cockroaches and mold and most of the counter was peeling off! The bathroom was covered in burn marks and came stocked with dirty stained towels! Had no blanket , no towels , room wasn’t even cleaned

It is sad, I have frequented many Extended Stay Hotels over the years while working in corporate America. It was disconcerting to have such an experience at the facilities in Rockville Maryland. We rented over seven rooms (all were smoke free reservations), but either the smell of cigarettes overwhelmed the hallways and the rooms or the hallways had an awful smell to walk through. There was excessive noise from the room next door. Loud music. The complimentary breakfast was sub par. And we were called about some cards being left in the room, and they refused to mail them to us! Very unaccommodating!

Black mould in the room. We are still awaiting a refund of the money we paid for the room. The room had black mould in it. We refused to stay in the room (only one left with our bed setup). The corridors and lobby smelled. We went to a hotel round the corner and stayed there instead.

I like that the property is convenient and near my job. I don't like that every time I entered the elevator, it smelled like urine. Cigarette buds are everywhere at the main entrance.

Very dirty and smells terrible

Their advertised "free complementary breakfast" was a nutrigrain bar, coffee/hot water, and an instant oatmeal pack. On day two, they didn't even have nutrigrain bars. The room door didn't fit the door jamb: I could slide a finger around the door while closed. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable but the sheet and blanket were summer-weight thin. It's cheaper than other area hotels but still you don't get what you pay for.
