We found this hotel room so dirty we left without caring whether or not we’d get a refund. There was a white substance crusted on the bed skirt and we just couldn’t stay there with our kids, left within 2 minutes of check in.

Not a hotel for out-of-town visitors Chose this hotel because of a five-day stay and wanted a kitchen and breakfast. Hotel is not for visitors but rather long-term residents. Room didn't have any kitchen items. Hallways and room had offensive odors including bags of garbage bags in the stairwells. No hot water for showers. "Breakfast" was coffee and bags of instant oatmeal. Left after one night.

There was never anyone cleaning. The same trash was in the hallways and stairs, e were here for two nights. Definitely won’t go back. And the “breakfast available,” means coffee and a packaged muffin, so we had to go buy breakfast

Mice I was traveling with my wife and three children and reserved my room when I arrived on 3/3/2024 I was informed that my room I booked was available and was moved to a handicapped room. Upon arrival the room was dirty and the toilet has issues and the door wouldn’t lock. The outlets don’t work and appeared to have burn marks which is a fire hazard.
