I recently reserved this room for my guests and it turns out to be extremely disappointing. The room had a strong smell of smoke, and the cleanliness was below standard. Additionally, our guests felt unsafe at a hotel, prompting them to leave after just 5 hours without any sleep. Despite reaching out to the hotel staff, their concerns were ignored. When I tried to contact the staff myself, I was abruptly disconnected and later unable to reach anyone. Conclusion: This is an expensive hotle and definitely not worth every dime!

Rude Unprofessional and rude staff, very unhelpful

Not coming back This place was not what I expected. Too many roaches. Outdated and expensive. Not worth it

The whole place had a smoke smell and my room had a cockroach in it.

We found dead roaches around the place, bathroom and dining areas, walking off the elevator the 3rd floor smelled so bad my 1 nite stay was awful never again 😩
