Is just an ugly, outdated and not well kept facility

The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful in getting me a refund. The room just didn't smell clean or feel clean. Maybe adding bleach would help. Once I finally finished unpacking my truck I saw 2 roaches and just started reloading my truck. The woman at the front desk understood and gave me a refund without any question. The door to the outside that you would need a card to swipe to get in was rigged to stay open, people were walking around the hallways without shoes on and looked and smelled horrible.

Dog poop EVERYWHERE surrounding the property. It feels and looks nasty and filthy. The elevators are always wet and nasty. This place needs to be bleached and disinfected. 2nd and 3rd floors smell like someone with Pets does not clean up after them. The place is a pig sty. The only good thing is I have not seen any pests in my room.

Please do not use. They have bugs in the hotel, lots of them. It’s not a clean place. If you value your health go elsewhere.

We only lasted one night. My wife saw cockroaches in our room and we asked for a refund. The guy at the desk was understanding an helpful and gave us our money back without a hassle.

Worst stay ever The room had very little to be desired. The only plus was the bathroom was clean. The mattress was worn out so bad, that when you sat on it, it sank to the floor. The two drawers to put clothes in were filthy eith dirt snd dead bug carcasses. What we didn't realize is that they were dead bedbugs. When we found two live bugs in our bed the next morning.
