This hotel was probably one of the worst I have ever stayed at. When I arrived around 10:30 PM from a late flight, there were several people screaming in the hallway on the first floor as I was checking in. The front desk guy quieted them down and put me in a room on the third floor. When I got up to the third floor, there were dogs barking And what sounded like very loud arguing. Save your money Counters were worn and dirty. Stove didnt work. Floor felt like it missed a mopping. Cobb webs in bathroom. Bugs in tub. "Grab and go" breakfast was stale muffins, rock hard granola bars, and instant oatmeal. Coffe was weak and tasted like the same grounds were used for several days. Beds and pillows were ok, but the frame is the cheapest one available and shook and creeked with the slightest movement. There was an odor to the room that got into all my clothes. Hotel is CARD ONLY, no cash payment

There was mice in our room and then we noticed a mouse trap as well. Meaning they were aware of this issue. Disgusting. Will never stay again. The staff was very nice and refunded me but I immediately left hours after checking in.

Very poor customer service and experience Not soo good. After driving 6 hours to get there, i had to wait for an hour and a half for a room to be ready. After all that the room was not clean because it was rushed. There were spiders in the windows and the walls, all sinks in the room had no drain stoppers, ants all over the kitchenette area.

The countertops, tables tops and floor were still sticky and dirty from prior tenants. There were wet towels left hanging on the tub. The window was open w/o a screen. We asked for silverware, according to the card on the counter, stated that we need to call and they’d be delivered. I asked at the desk and the answer I received was ‘no…. We don’t do that here.’ I asked for a plastic spoon instead. That, they had. There was no coffee made by 7 am.
