A really bad experience. The worst experience ever. I feel like we got robbed of our money. The room was dirty, the shower not clean at all, had a bad smell. Unfortunately it was too late for us to look for something else. I honestly would look for a different place next time. Just look at the picture.

The air conditioning did not work and it was 85. Still waiting on the refund I was promised after checking out due to no other rooms and not being able to stay there for the night.

The entire property was grubby and unclean

Unfortunately we arrived after midnight and were told there was no room available. We had to scramble to find another hotel that late.

There were roaches and bugs the kids didn’t like it a lot but we couldn’t help but survive our stay with lights and fans on in the night

Place felt isolated and NOT in a good way. Drove from Chicago at 1:00 wouldn’t check me in until EXACTLY 3:00 pm. Didn’t necessarily need access to a room - but laundry or Wi-Fi and business center- YES! Clincher, no TP in bathroom (you never expect this!!) yeah that was a shocker to me too. No backup roll, no tissue… nada 👎

I was out there for 2 days …I asked for clean towels and sheets …they wanted me to wait till the next day :..when I’m supposed to checkout…it’s a ashamed!

Hard Pass The room was not very clean. Upon entering my room, the kitchenette area floors were sticky... LOUDLY sticky. Every footstep sounded like it was peeling the sole off of my shoe.The light next to my bed didn't work -- the bulb mount was wobbling out of the base, practically hanging off -- very broken. The bathroom towels had long hairs on them or woven into them -- I assume the towels were clean, but someone else's laundry hair lint on my face or body is always GROSS.
