No coffee machine in room Beds sucked Smoking rooms next door

This hotel needs a lot of work. The countertops were stained. The drapes for the one window did not cover the entire width, so light came in all night. There was a steady noise, like a soft jackhammer, thru out the night. One of the worst nights I have ever experienced.

Booked a suite with 2 queens bed and sofa bed in app, after checked in, we only got 2 queen bed and the staff told me that actually the hotel do not have sofa bed for all rooms!

Our room was filthy, and was infested with roaches.. The property took no responsibility and was aware of the problem..

Dirty. The door handle to the lobby was broken. The door was rusty. The floors were dirty. The room is old and worn
