I can’t I was standing in the lobby for a solid 15min until someone comes to assist with check in. I hear them chatting in the back office and said excuse me several times but no one came to help. I started getting extremely bad allergy the minute I walked in to the room, both nose clogged until I can’t take it anymore so I left 4 hrs into being there.

We were not in security and spent only one night we have not been refunded the second night.

We were not inform of the hotel being a mini place. It was very questionable. Rooms definitely were not well kept or clean. We really weren't greeted at our time of arrival. Due to an unwelcome, I was not sure about informing whoever about the ants. They got into everything. I don't recommend this place ever again.

Called just after 3:00pm day of checkin and discussed with person who answered that we would be arriving late (9:00pm). Called back at 7:00pm to insure that room was being held and was told that my room had been given to someone else and no other rooms were availbale. Said they would try to find a room and would call back either way. I never received a call one way or the other. Charge for room is showing up on my VISA. Should have known by all of the bad ratings for this place that something would go wrong!

Corporate & Health Inspection Needed!!! Booked last minute since another Extended Stay we booked had no power at 10pm upon checking. Was told no generator either. Check in at this property was greeted with angry guests not checking into their due to dead bugs on window sills/uncleanliness/overall condition of room. Very basic service This is the worse place to stay. If you are just wanting to shower and sleep then this is your place because you will not get anything extra .. internet work half ass .. let the staff know and never got it working properly. Microwave was filthy.

First impression walking into the lobby was that the first floor smelled like urine. Fortunately that was not the case in our room or on the floor we stayed on. I definitely didnt pay for the Ritz, and the room, beds, etc were adequate. The breakfast is basically nonexistent. The unfortunate thing is that I spent 2 hours of my 10 hour stay in the lobby waiting on Expedia and the hotel staff to figure out why they weren't paid for the stay.
