Ridiculous The bath tub was dirty , I had to get someone that I know that lives near to bring me cleaning supplies, to clean before I could even shower. I had to cancel my reservation for the second day because it wasn’t showing up in the system , so I had to cancel and pay at the location and now I’ll be losing the rewards night. The hotel attendant had us waiting for her about 15 mins because she was taking a lunch break at 10:50AM

Poor customer service at front desk. Only 3 pillows for queen bed. No blankets. No dishes, cups or anything even though there was a full fridge and stovetop. Will never stay there again.

Too many unacceptable items to list here. Staff shortage may contribute to the problems.

It was late at night and we were not able to check in. They told us the booking was canceled and did not offer any alternative to help. We had to find another hotel. We had our little kids with us and it was a terrible experience.

Our first room was the filthiest hotel room I've ever seen. It REEKED of old food and the carpet was bloodstained. They moved us to a new room and an employee attempted to break into our room at midnight. We were unable to get in touch with the front desk or the corporate office at this time.
