Smells like cigarettes, outdated and stained Smelled terrible, sheets and towels yellow and stained. Out of date, bathroom walls and tub had cracks. Would not recommend

First room I walked out of because it smelled like a smokey bar 2nd room over loaded with air freshener just terrible

staff were nice enough, hotel is very run down and don't count on breakfast. Their grab and go breakfast is non-existent. Good location to nci, can walk

Dirty The place needs TLC and a good cleaning crew!

Not bad customer service - - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE If I would have called this location directly I would have never made a reservation there. The attendant at the front desk was rude, it was as if I was bothering her and she was the one on the clock not me. She didn't look at me directly in the eye, always looking at the computer screen. I was not told about needing to require household items, and it was a bother for her to get them for me. Terrible hotel and had the worst experience. Rooms were unclean and the advertised breakfast was a joke.

horrible experience Urine soaked Sofa bed, requests for cleaning and dishes directly to manager were never met. Was told on day 4 they couldn't clean because we had personal effects in room. Well ya, not going to keep my clothes in the car. Had police called because my husband was angry. After 4 days of nothing but excuses as to why they couldn't clean and me coming out of surgery, ya he was mad, manager blamed me because I couldn't take his call. I was going into the hospital for surgery when he called. They turned the AC o... read more

Terrible The hotel literally smelled of mildew in the hallways and rooms. No trashcan in the room. Paper plates and trash in the parking lot. The breakfast consisted of individual muffins and coffee. Employees killing around outside of the side entrance that didn't even bother to move when we exited, we had to walk around them.

When I arrived there was no one at the front desk for about 20 minutes once I got there I checked in and got to my room and washcloths were dirty requested new washcloths came about 45 minutes later so my Uber I'll stay was pretty much average will not stay there again Rockville location
