Would hesitate on this one Room had odor, no shower curtain in bathroom. Felt older than it should have for design. Location was good. When told about issues with room, offered nothing to rectify the situation

Room was not clean and Staff was unresponsive. Despite advance booking the Rooms were not clean. Even trash was not removed. Staff refused to change the room or even spray deodorant.

Worse than Red roof This is the most "Strip down" hotel visit ever. I visited Extended stay America before, but this one is the worse. Room is empty of all removable items. Fire alarm was blinking all day long, no coffee maker, no cups, nothing in for cooking. You have to ask on reception to get some plates, forks and knives
The room was dirty and the service was terrible - truly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Not a good experience Room was dirty. Found used water bottles on the floor. Unfolded couch bed and found little bug carcasses in room 242. That night needed extra towels tried to find someone at the front desk from 10:30 pm till 12:30 am. Finally gave up walked into the office and just grabbed some. Beer cans and boxes in the stairwell. We're there the entire time we were there nobody even tried to pick them up. The guy who checked us in and out was awesome. Didn't even come to clean up the room. I have a good experience with hotels. I travel a lot and can tell about good and bad hotels.

Worst Stay Ever Where to start - staff not friendly, smelly hallways - smokers in front of the building, no utensils in the room. Shower barely worked. Came back second day - bed not made and towels not picked up. When I mentioned this to the desk attendant upon checking out - was told they "don't provide this service" and "wasn't I told this upon checking In" The answer would be no I wasn't told and if I had been I wouldn't have stayed there.
Don't waste your money If you choose to stay at this hotel, you are on your own. If you want a coffee maker in your room, you need to go to the desk and ask for it. If it isn't the morning breakfast hours, they won't supply you with any cream, sugar or extra coffee for brewing beyond the one brew pack you're supplied. If you'd like the kitchen set of dishes that should be stocked in each of the rooms, you must request it at the desk and then you'll be given a dirty plastic tote filled with dishes.
