Extended stay not up to par In D.C. for the Women's March and were happy to have secured a room with 2 queens and a sofa bed. The desk clerk said that every room in the Extended Hotel chain around D.C. was booked, so we may have gotten a room that they might not ordinarily have rented. However we paid $463 for it, which is comparable to what friends paid for a much nicer suite at the Residence Inn. What was wrong? The bathroom primarily. Bed comfortable, but everything else lacking. Hotel was torn up,working on cables, I gathered. .Continental breakfast, Ha Ha! Often slim pickings.
Not recommended The worst Extended stay America.
Online Pictures are NOT of the Hotel. I reviewed the hotel prior to booking and paid close attention to the photos. Those photos are NOT of this hotel. The lobby is not the same: it consisted of a check-in desk two elevators within 10 feet of the desk. There was a small sitting area to the left with two chairs - which were often used by those that seemed to live there with their small dogs. The breakfast is not the same as the picture. Overrated Hair on bathroom floor Smoking burnt holes on bedsheets

Disgusting and outdated. The first room had peeling paint and multiple stains on the carpet. Asked for a second room, encountered bugs and continued carpet stains with marijuana smokers across the hall. Room decor appeared to be from the 1980's. Pictures on the website were not from this hotel. We immediately checked out and wenti elsewhere. Never again.
Very bad experience Staff is very rude, period. Room was dirty, and they never provided extra towels.
Do not go to this hotel. It was horrible. Room was very dirty. Very bad smell. They did not even provide fresh bedsheets and towel. They are simply cheaters. In the name of free continental breakfast they provided muffin and some inferior quality bar.
