Nice location but everything about it is not clean Soiled bedsheets towels appeared not properly washed and moldings around edge of bathtub.

Not a good experience Not what we were expecting. Here are some issues that we ran into: 1. Two attempts to get the room keys working appropriately. 2. Iron was broken and leaked. Needed a replacement. 3. No hangers in the unit. 4. No remote for the Television in the unit. 5. When customer service was asked for a band-aid, none was available or provided, even from a hotel first aid box. 6. Grab/go bar was not stocked appropriately. We hope this review will be constructive in ensuring better future service to your guests.

sub-par for an extended stay I had two rooms. the one room smelled funny, beds were extremely uncomfortable as was the couch. lighting was off compared to where the mirrors were placed. carpet was old and worn. there was an odd hole in the bathroom door that was patched. there were light switches that worked nothing. there was an alarm going off in the electrical room across the hall thru my entire stay - 4 nights. they ran out of washcloths and asked us to bring them ours so they could wash them and bring them back to us. t... read more

Totally misleading on breakfast We wanted a hotel with breakfast in that area for our kids. Last time, we stayed at a decent hotel with hot buffet. The hotel advertises "free breakfast" (if you dig deeper, you'll see they say 'on the go', but on some hotels.com links even that is not clear). Very disappointing Staff was pleasant but extremely slow. This was a hotel that people lived in. Room was dirty. Found an unused condom in the bedside table. Keys did not work.
