Room wasn't cleaned when I checked-in. Curtis was at the front desk and went above and beyond to straighten it out. Even so, found hairs on the sheets. Overall, this property is really hurting with paper-thin walls and stale smelling hallways that were absurdly hot -- the hall thermostat read 81 degrees when I left -- I do not expect to sweat going from my room to the lobby.

No fitness room, a bit on the cheep and dirty feel Bad experience, 4:30am fire alarm "drill", don't know. Location was convenient for me, other hotels were booked.

Breakfast is a joke. Have to call to get password for Wifi - cannot believe this.

Mousetrap In Room!!!!! I cannot write about my experience anymore it was too horrible. Mousetrap in room, filthy toilet and seat and just disgusting.

A Place to Stay If we were to fill out this review at check-in we would have probably given the hotel a 3.5 which would be respectable. The room (although dated) appeared clean, the staff was friendly, and they accepted dogs without charging an arm and a leg, all wonderful . However we had a few experiences that dropped our rating considerably. The bedding was about as awful as bedding can get. Horrible place. Was given already occupied room. Upon asking they casually gave us another room. They acted as if it was quite normal. Saw cockroaches in the room

horrible cold dirty no fresh towels A horrible location with a super cold room and not even water available and fresh towels. Very rude staff and serviceless place I would never consider this hotel brand ever again. No problem solved upon request so be aware.
