Check in and free breakfast At Check in they sent us to a unmade room trash ,dirty bedding they did promptly move us to a different room. The hotel advertised a free breakfast what they offered when we got there something they called a grab and go, stale breakfast bar and a small prepackaged muffin very disappointed had to go out for breakfast. The hotel had a stale smell.

Poor Cleaning Policy I expected more from this hotel. Everything looked good upon checking in. However, it turned out that the hotel does not clean your room if you are staying less than five nights. I had to pay $ 15 extra to have what they call: Light cleaning. But, even thought I paid for three days light cleaning. I got two days only. The excuse I got was that the hotel was under staff, thus the cleaning person (only 1 person for the whole hotel with more than 100 rooms) was not able to complete the cleanings for the day... read more

Many other hotel options; choose one I have reasonable expectations of a budget hotel such as Extended Stay America, but this location failed to meet them. We were first put in a room with heavy cigarette smoke smell and a nonfunctional A/C unit. We were moved down the hall, without apology or help with luggage, to a room without smoke and a barely functionig A/C with a noisy compressor that cycled on and off every 30 seconds.the room remained hot and humid all night. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The air conditioner was not cooling the room. Everything about the room felt damp, especially the carpet. I do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel does not have breakfast. It is a gross misrepresentation. They have coffee with a bottle of Coffee Mate and a box of cereal bars. There are packets of instant oatmeal but you have to eat it with Coffee Mate. It’s a joke.

No cups of any kind in room! When I called she asked me to come to front desk to pick up a couple! No do not disturb tags in room! No breakfast just couple of muffins.

We had asked for queen bed but we got two twins Then at the room we noticed they had left the windows open so there was water all over Eventually they gave us a queen bed. Bathroom needed repair and renovation, so much that we didn’t feel like taking a shower the next day. Lobby was very uninviting and awkward. Staff were busy in other rooms behind the counter. Will not go back.
