Frustrated....very unhappy...unsatisfied customer. I booked for 2 queen size bed and when we arrived in the hotel, the receptionist said, they don't have that room for us, "the 2 queen size bed is not available", no one called me, no one email me, or no one contacted me and at least inform me that the room is not available...... when I get really upset, the receptionist said that "the manager told me to put you in 1 king size room'....I said....what???? I booked for 2 queen size bed....what you want me to do ? let my 2 child... read more
When we arrived the hotel tried to charge me a different price other than what ideas quote and Reserved.After a short talk he gave us what we reserved. The room was clean.. And look like the pictures online..it came with a kitchenette but no pots..or utensils... No ice machines...in the building .they gave us ice from the freezer in the staffs break room..On a PLATE!! A poor facility. Not a good experience and we had to leave 6 days earlier.
unclean bathroom Hair in the sink. Soap left in the shower. Trash left in the shower. unpleasant first experience
I will not ever recommend this to anybody. I got to the hotel late in the night and the front desk could not find my reservation. So I had to call expedia. Then the front asked me if in that morning I checked in and got in. A ghost had enterd! Besides, for everyday housekeeping extra charge, no TV, picking up toewls and amenities in front desk, etc.
Please renovate and repair Gaping hole where shower head was supposed to fit into wall, HAC unit worked, but there were parts of it on the floor, which needs a shampooing. Bed was comfortable enough, but I was exhausted and could've slept in the car. Nice recliner chair-addition of reading lamp would be nice there.
Where is my reservation? I made a reservation through Expedia, but when I arrived the front desk clerk said they were unable to process any Expedia reservations, so they didn't have mine. They said they did have a room, but when I handed him my credit card he said I would have to pay for the room in cash plus a $100 deposit in cash. That's when I found another hotel.
never again I always like to give everyone a fair chance, so when I arrived and hotel staff wasn't pleasant i was fine with it. But when I got to my room and it was a mess I expected a bit more than just here try this room. Not even I am sorry about that. When I get to the second room the window was wide open and it was freezing. I closed the window, turned on the heat and waited for it to turn on. Rude staff will never stay at an extended stay again. Left got my money back and went to the Westin.
