Pillows were lumpy and horrible. Elevator did not work and we had to call down to the desk 2 times. Finally, after about 20 minutes it worked. Room was totally outdated. Bathroom tub was horrible. Mattress was also uncomfortable. I would not go there ever again.

Disgusting place to stay would not recommend sticky carpet, no hot water, rude staff, the room was in prepared, and every single amenity was a la carte. Wayyyyyyyy over priced not business friendly as they charge a dollar per page for printing and faxing. The grossest part was when the utensils I was supposed to eat with was given to me in a garbage bag. Had it not been dire circumstances I would have cancelled the first night. DONT STAY HERE !!!!!

Checked in was assigned a room went up walked in 2 large bags of trash sitting right inside the door dishes on counter trash on table window open with screen riped out beds not made went down waited 5 minutes for someone to come to desk got new room no shampoo or conditioner no ice machine at all in hotel wifi would not connect was no breakfast waited 15 minutes at front desk for someone to check out in morning

Disappointed I stat here every week. This week when I arrived at 10 pm for my pre-paid room they said they had none and sent me 3 miles away to another property. Aside from the aggravation after a long day I needed to pay for an UBER down there and another in the morning. I expected since I stay there weekly they would have been more accommodating.

Not so great... No desk clerk. Had to wait FOREVER for receipt. Place run down. Broken toilet seat . Smells dank
