Sad, dirty, and noisy rooms. Staff is trying hard and the location has benefits.

one of the worst exp. i had, Staff and management is so pathetic, first of all they don't understand English well, i have to rather move out after 1 week of stay to other hotel... i am yet to receive my money which was paid in advance as full... would recommend other's to not opt for this hotel........please

Check in was awful. Man didn't understand English very well. Room had fuzz and other little bits of trash on the floor. There was a HUGE hole in the ceiling on the 3rd floor.

Disappointing lodging The entrance was not at all inviting, the carpeting was dirty. The desk clerk was Unfriendlly. The room amenities were sparse. The breakfast was pathetic. It consisted of a packaged muffin or a granola bar. They did not even have real milk or cream for the coffee. Will definitely never stay here again.

Cheap but much better alternatives Front desk was great but not happy with cleanliness, comfort of the mattress or lack of hot water.

there was no breakfast, room was not properly cleaned stains on the kitchen floor and bath tub. Many of the outlets didn’t work. There was no WiFi and tv service in the morning. Very terrible experience. We will not stat at this hotel anywhere anymore. We are asking for full refund

We are sure this was a result of miscommunication between our Housekeeping and Front Office Departments since a suite should not be made available for occupancy until the cleaning process is complete and it has been inspected by a supervisor. Weird place in great area, but a bit drab. I was put on first floor and asked to be put on a higher level. There also was no rolling rack for luggage. Another guest told me that it was on the second floor. I went up to retrieve cart and when I was done returned it to front desk. Not even a thank you!
