The bathtub was dirty, and there was a faceplate missing from the showerhead. The vent in the bathroom was really dirty. The top of the refrigerator looked as if it had not been cleaned in several months. There was a hole in the wall where the fire alarm was dangling from the ceiling. There was NO COFFEE POT in our room. The window was bolted shut. If there had been a fire we wouldn't have been able to escape the room. And the screen on the window was torn.

No house keeping They don’t clean the rooms. We have 26 days reservation and after 10days we have to call and complained to have them rooms cleaned

Worst staff ever! Filthy! Horrible staff who were unhelpful and rude. They don't know how to use their computer system and removed my enhanced wifi that I purchased. It took 2 hours to fix it on the phone with their IT support. They charged me for the monthly rate and couldn't produce a receipt. They didn't offer the kitchen set, I had to go back down and ask for it and when I received it, it was dirty! They didn't offer cleaning service and never cleaned my room on the 2 weeks I was there. Sad, dirty, and noisy rooms. Staff is trying hard and the location has benefits.

one of the worst exp. i had, Staff and management is so pathetic, first of all they don't understand English well, i have to rather move out after 1 week of stay to other hotel... i am yet to receive my money which was paid in advance as full... would recommend other's to not opt for this hotel........please

Check in was awful. Man didn't understand English very well. Room had fuzz and other little bits of trash on the floor. There was a HUGE hole in the ceiling on the 3rd floor.

Disappointing lodging The entrance was not at all inviting, the carpeting was dirty. The desk clerk was Unfriendlly. The room amenities were sparse. The breakfast was pathetic. It consisted of a packaged muffin or a granola bar. They did not even have real milk or cream for the coffee. Will definitely never stay here again.
