Not great I made a reservation for two beds we just got one bed my 8 year old and husband slept poorly. The next day my daughter was going through the drawers and picked the Bible up started going through the pages and found two condom wrappers inside it ... I had to explain my daughter after she washed her hands what condoms are. I did told the front desk about this and demanded my room with two beds which I got. Dirty. Reservation screwded up in their end, claimed it was my issue even though I had confirmation through Expedia, after 30 mins found it was their error.

$200 per night fleabag I ended up cancelling and walking to another hotel. I will most likely not use hotels.com in the future.

Absolutely the worst hotel stay Abundance of filth everywhere, graffiti in the elevator, drugged rockers up all night slamming exit doors and chatting in the hallway. Broken promises of daily cleaning despite agreement to pay extra for daily cleaning. 2 out of 3 towels rejected due to hair and dirt. fire alarm going off from 5 am till 10:00 am due to lack of maintenance. i would never ever stay in this filthy hotel chain

Frustrated....very unhappy...unsatisfied customer. I booked for 2 queen size bed and when we arrived in the hotel, the receptionist said, they don't have that room for us, "the 2 queen size bed is not available", no one called me, no one email me, or no one contacted me and at least inform me that the room is not available...... when I get really upset, the receptionist said that "the manager told me to put you in 1 king size room'....I said....what???? When we arrived the hotel tried to charge me a different price other than what ideas quote and Reserved.After a short talk he gave us what we reserved. The room was clean.. And look like the pictures online..it came with a kitchenette but no pots..or utensils... No ice machines...in the building .they gave us ice from the freezer in the staffs break room..On a PLATE!!
