What a mess! Get it together!! Upon check-in the front desk informed me that the water would be turned off at 9 am the following day. Did I want to stay at another place? No, that's ok, my business meeting was at 9. As long as I could get a shower it's OK. In the room there was just a mirror laying on the floor. As in no one hung it up. Just sloppy, but no worries. Beware fleas/ ticks in room Today I experienced fleas or ticks jumping on my feet and legs from the carpet. They would not come off, they kept hopping to another spot on my leg. It was so scary & I am absolutely disgusted. I got bitten on my foot and it itch. I don't understand why they allow pets and don't have proper cleaning procedures! Room 233.

Decent hotel with no running water the water was cut off for repairs with no warning.

Tysons Extended Stay Don't Bother Worst Customer Service ever !! Completely uncompetitive against local hotels , if you don't mind not getting clean towels, Breakfast, roll away took 2 nights to get hey and no bed sheets then this is the place for you !! Hey and if you like the smell of garbage than this is definitely the hotel for you !! Ridiculously overpriced people!! 117.00 Never again

Stay away from this hotel air conditioning was not working in the lobby and while waiting in line to check in at least 3 people who just checked in came down to say their A/C was not working. The hotel smells. it's 'stuffy' and 'moldy' smelling. the room I was given smelled horribly of old Indian food cooking. It was in the curtains, the air, the rug - everywhere. The phone did not work. the 'kitchenette' counters were tack-y, the hotel room key de-activated not once, but THREE times over my 3 day stay. The side entrance to ... read more

The kitchen supplies were not in the room and when we did request them we were not supplied enough for the entire family. No coffee maker int he room.

Does not meet minimum professional standard We stayed for 5 days during our visit to Washington DC. We were not expecting four-star luxury but this hotel almost universally failed to meet a minimum standard. Very few things worked in our room including: The AC unit, the door key, the door lock itself, and half of the electrical outlets. The elevator did not work. The cabinets in our kitchen were damaged. Less than impressed Hotel was very rundown for the area. Expected much more. Tub faucet got stuck on and we were told no one would be there till the next day.
