apparently someone failed to clean the bathroom as it had soap scum all around, and in the bath/shower, the toilet had hair and bodily fluids in the space between the seat lid and tank. Even inside the toilet bowl was disgusting. It appeared as if it had not been cleaned & disinfected in weeks. The carpet stains were in full view, I wore socks to protect my feet, and my socks turned black. I have pictures if it would help. The staff was friendly enough, and Dominique went above & beyond.
