Caroline stay The staff was not friendly at all. Every time we asked for anything, it felt like a huge inconvenience. Rooms were supposed to come equipment with kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. per the reservation website. When we got to the hotel, they were not provided and we had to ask. I had to go to the front desk to get the "bin". The silverware was not a complete set per the advertisement. No cereal spoons, all large spoons. Beds were ok, not very comfortable. Hate to give bad reviews unless extremely warranted. Could have been a little cleaner, otherwise was fine.

The first room we were in was loud (others guests up half the night) and the AC made loud noises But we asked to be switched and the thrird floor was quiet and AC had a continuous fan mode which was better .

Breakfast was awful and they did not clean the rooms or replenish towels on a daily basis so I was constantly going to the front desk to make requests. Also the staff did not answer the phone when I called from the room so i had to walk down there constantly.

The front desk receptions was very helpful and supportive as I arrived on the wrong night. She looked up other locations and helpful about the rates.
