The first room we were in was loud (others guests up half the night) and the AC made loud noises But we asked to be switched and the thrird floor was quiet and AC had a continuous fan mode which was better .

Breakfast was awful and they did not clean the rooms or replenish towels on a daily basis so I was constantly going to the front desk to make requests. Also the staff did not answer the phone when I called from the room so i had to walk down there constantly.

The front desk receptions was very helpful and supportive as I arrived on the wrong night. She looked up other locations and helpful about the rates.

No conveniences If you choose to stay here, keep in mind that it is an extended stay hotel, so conveniences that are standard at other hotels are absent (ice machine, hair dryer, in-room coffee, drinking glasses, etc.). Although it's stated that breakfast is included, it consists of nothing more than mini granola bars, pre-wrapped muffins (gross), and coffee.

Good weekend Bed was not comfortable. Room was not that clean. Service at front desk was top shelf. Your front desk ppl did over and above to make our stay good.

The WiFi not working, no drainage for water in bathroom sink. Staff is bad

Hotel used to be nice and clean The rooms are starting to look run down, dirty carpet the toilet wasn't working properly ever day I had to have my key rekeyed, just a headache
