Good location Room wasn't the cleanest, although I have seen much worse- microwave was really nasty.

1 night stay hotel Totally ok for the price and if you are just going to make quick stop for a night.

Excellent stay, but booking info flawed My complaint is not with the hotel, but with this booking site. My confirmation email from HOTELS.COM specifically said CASH DEPOSIT on check-in. Extended Stay America DOES NOT accept cash. I had to go out of my way to get a reloadable Visa card to pay for my room. The receptionist was friendly but could not explain this discrepancy.

The continental breakfast was non desxript. The hotel staff didn’t know how to do wake up calls. The staff was friendly.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room.... was not what was described. The carpet was dirty and stained. The shower had not been cleaned (as there were wrappers, old razors) still in there. You couldn’t walk into the bathroom and close the door as it was extremely tiny. Luckily we were just staying a night and passing through. I would not stay here again.

Money Issues!!!!!!!!! I have had a very hard time dealing with a situation since checking out. I pre-paid thru Hotels.com. Upon check-in gave my CC for incidentals (normal practice). However, after I returned home, I discovered that my CC was again charged for the room by Extended Stay. It has been a very time getting this straightened out and a refund. I was on the phone/hold and speaking for over 1.5 hours to try and get resolve. NOT HAPPY! Still haven't gotten my refund.
