Dirty rooms with roaches
Front desk service was rude and impatient. I would terminate her employment if that’s the way she continuously treats the people.
The physical property was fine
There were cockroaches in the room and the staff said they'd "make a note." And the desk chairs had mold.
Front desk clerk took so long to come to the front I had to call the front desk, and when she finally came to the desk she had an attitude
Great staff/poor bug conditions There was bugs found in the bed. The front staff person Ashley was so kind and felt so bad. The manager Tracey was for nice and quickly refunded our money.
I did not like anything… never book this property again
