Everything was horrible, do not stay here. Rooms are not worth what they are charging

I've been charge and I didn't even stay the night

We checked in and checked right back out. We was in our room for 5 mins and killed 2 cockroaches. Then the lady at the front seat showed us 2 other rooms and in the first one she showed us was dirty and the bathroom was nasty, then the second one she showed us, I couldn’t even enter because the smell was so bad even with my face mask on. So I said nope we will take a refund and that’s when she proceeded to tell me that they don’t clean their rooms daily! Yuck!!!!

Not recommended Assigned to a room that was approved for a pet, traveling with one small kitten, way overpriced for pet fee. The room reaked of tobacco and smelled like an ashtray. All of our clothes, bags, linens smelled terrible the days we stayed. We literally became sick from the smell of our room. No other room to move us to. Apparently they are not offering daily housekeeping- that is not mentioned on their website! Breakfast is not being offered either ! Hotel lacks renovations; room was horrible! Carpet was extremely dirty. Cigarette burnt marks ; dirty parking lot with diapers and masks; I’m assuming hotel guests loitering in the parking lot all hours of the night. Overall a horrible experience!
