When I arrived the parking lot was filthy. The lobby was full of people just loitering and I think one was vaping weed. The girl at the desk was extremely rude and even laughed that they were overbooked and it wasn't "her" fault. My husband and I slept in our car in Walmart parking lot and we were in Wilmington for his back surgery

Bring your own TV! Right when we walked in, the desk attendant was being really difficult with the person trying to check in before us so it was an ominous start. One of our rooms smelled like someone had recently smoked a carton of Marlboros and we had to keep the windows open all night. The biggest disappointment was my room had serious cable problems; the signal would just stop on all channels. The desk person said the cable provider was aware of it and working on it. terrible customer service Stayed there 2 nights as we were closing on our old house and new house on the same day but the movers couldn’t get the move out and move in done right away for us so my wife, daughter and I stayed for 2 nights. Upon arrival the woman at the counter asked for my ID. First words out of her mouth were “I don’t usually allow locals to stay here so don’t show your butt while you’re here”. There were roaches in the room and the odor of the room was quite off-putting. However, the staff was very kind.
