Hi everyone I'm Erick with stoneitup on Yelp in San Leandro ( TILE + STONE ) for bathrooms or Kitchens. Well I'm definitely a happy camper here at EXTRA SPACE STORAGE , it's safe , clean and usually always someone on sitE. I've had a few locker sizes but currently I'm like a 6x12 FOOT LOCKER best price eveR Oh and don't be afraid to ask for a rate adjustment or for different words some help , because you will receive RATE INCREASES EVERY SIX MONTHS

After less than a week, I am unable to give anything other than a "middle of the road" rating. I can say that the facility is clean and secure, and that the people in the front office seem pleasant. I can also say that, after I spent time gathering information in person in order to determine if the facility would meet the needs of the given situation, I found that staff was lacking; I had to ask the same basic question twice, and no one told me something important after my explanation of the situation. Tara was great-she showed me 3 units and went over everything thoroughly when it came time to sign and pay for my unit. Staff was really friendly and the site was clean and secure!

Extra Storage on Mission Blvd, Hayward, Ca. Justina helped me with renting my unit. I was having trouble online and she was absolutely amazing and sweet. She explained the process and was very patient and kind. I love this storage space. I've used them periodically when needed since I first moved to Hayward in 2009. It's 5 minutes from my home and it's always clean and the staff is always kind.
