We've only had to call them a couple of times, once for an air conditioner tune-up and once when our carbon monoxide detector went off. They were easy to get hold of and quick about assigning service companies.
They've been pretty responsive so far. When we had problems with our water heater they came and replaced it the very next day.
This service actually came with our house when we bought it. Our heater broke, and it was leaking water everywhere, so we had to call and get that replaced. Instead of paying the usual price of $1,200, we just paid $200. They've been quick every time we've had to call for something.
My real state agent got me set up with it. They have been very responsive, helpful and nice. I got them to help me with my furnace since it kept going out. They sent somebody out the very next day who realized that the furnace was actually broken. We are working on replacing it through Landmark too, which is really awesome. They do what they say they are gonna do and show up and they say they will show up. Everything has been really positive.
We've had a few repairs done and they've been really fast and efficient. One time I needed my garage door to be fixed, so I called them and they had somebody out there to repair it. It was done within three days or so. It was very fast. They're very professional and I'm happy with my experience with them.
Landmark has been great. When my dishwasher broke a month and a half ago, they got a contractor out here on the very next day to fix it. It was a very good experience.
Every one of my calls has been answered promptly and precisely. I had problems with my air conditioner drain, so I placed an online request with Landmark. The technician contacted me within hours and he was there the next day to fix the problem. I'm completely happy with the service.
Nice work but repairman was a bit slow to show up. Took a couple of days.
I haven't used it much but so far it's a really fast and efficient service. They always respond really quickly. When our pool pump broke, they came up here and assessed the situation. Afterwards they just fixed it. They also have good follow up and I haven't had any issues with them. I think I'll have to pay much more than what I thought I was going to pay, but it seems pretty good.
