I haven't had to deal with them much, but the couple of times that I did they were extremely helpful. When I first moved into my new house I needed to re-key my door knobs. I contacted Landmark and they were able to send out someone pretty quickly. I'm always able to get a hold of somebody. Everything's going well so far.
The previous owner purchased the insurance warranty for the house, so we picked it up when we bought the property. I had to use the warranty when my air conditioning broke. I put in the request and they got the air conditioning back up and working. They are pretty responsive when it comes to the initial submission of requests. So far it has been good. Recently, our water heater went out and they replaced it.
My furnace was kind of half working, and my toilet was overflowing as well, so I called and made two separate tickets for the issues. They helped me both times and things were solved. They are really good, friendly, and every single time I call they have been nothing but helpful. They've done whatever they could for me. I have run into some things that my warranty didn't cover, so I guess I didn't understand the warranty that well.
Landmark Home Warranty and Hansen Locksmith Services, Inc. were both very helpful and informative. Hansen Locksmith Services, Inc., however, missed our message so we had to follow up with them but they were still helpful.
I chose them because they seemed to have the lowest service fee, and some of the most comprehensive service. Their representatives were great, in terms of getting things scheduled, not so much for follow ups. They sent unexperienced contractors to fix my heater, who simply collected their fee and left. They didn't know how to fix the problem. I ended up paying my own HVAC person to fix the problem, without Landmark. They also sent somebody over to fix my garage door, and it was a temporary fix. When we purchased our place, the realtor set it up for us for a year. After that, we just decided to keep it going. They are usually very quick to respond and courteous when we have questions. Recently we had our water heater replaced, I think because it wasn't all up to code. We are satisfied and I appreciate knowing that we have the coverage. The only thing is that we've had the service for a long time and we just got a rate increase...

We had to use our warranty for a heater that had to be replaced, and the service was good. They replaced it without a problem. They do a real good job, and do it right away. They get their Johnny on the spot!
