I guess they're average. I haven't had any problems with them, but I haven't had the need to deal with them a lot. When I needed them, I just called them and they set it up. Landmark contacted the provider and that was it.
Timeliness and good response as well as being very courteous and helpful
Overall they've been pretty great. Tho I did have one issue where we made a request for them to call my phone, but they ignored that request several times and contacted some contractor. It was really confusing. They did follow up about 4 or 5 times to make sure the issue was resolved and everything was taken care of. On a different occasion we had to repair our AC right after we moved in. They kept sending people out who couldn't or wouldn't do the repair. they've been good with sending out technicians that get the job done. The representatives have been pretty good and prompt, they do an excellent job. Everything's been very positive.
They are fast, efficient, and responsive. I just moved into my new home and my air conditioning and refrigerator were not working properly. They handled both of those claims very efficiently
Sometimes their service is great but sometimes it's not good. On an occasion our washer's door fell down, so I called the Landmark agent. He appointed someone and told me that it would most likely be covered but that it wasn't certain. They recommended I contact the contractor so that they can look at it, so I tried but never go a call back from them. I ended up paying for the repair myself. We are very happy with the prompt and expert service. On a Sunday afternoon our water heater stopped functioning. I contacted them that day, and someone was out promptly on Monday morning to do the repair. We're very happy with the small co-pay.
Communication is key for us and they are good at telling us what's going on. A couple of weeks ago I had a furnace problem and they came out immediately and got someone out here to fix it. It worked out great. It makes my life easier without breaking the bank.
It has been fine. We called them with a problem we had, but the company that they tried to get in touch with couldn't schedule us in. We had to call back and get rescheduled. After a couple of trips, the problem finally got fixed.
