The customer service has been great. They have been very responsive to our needs moving into a new house in a new area by immediately connecting with contractors.
Customer service has provided us with references to the people that we've needed for repairs. When we had a drain plugged in our house we used their service. They gave us a plumber and it all ended up being very expensive for us since it seems that the two services he provided were not actually covered. Still, it has been useful and on that occasion he took the correct measures to help us. In the end, it was a total of $600.
They have been very friendly and helpful, and they have great suggestions. I appreciate their customer service. I just had a pre-season tune up on my heater and found out that it doesn't work at all. So, tomorrow, I'm having a technician come and replace it. They have been extremely helpful and actually sent me a fabulous company to do the work for me. Everything has been good, they handle things really well, and they have good companies that come out to do the service. I was so happy with them that I renewed my service.
I've had 2 small claims, one for my air-conditioning and one for my refrigerator. They were very quick to take care of things and I was very pleased. They were very quick to respond.
There's usually long wait times when you call, and that is not fun. I would prefer to call in so I could explain the situation to a person instead of using the website. I had an issue with the shower going with the faucets, so I called and scheduled a person to come. The person they assigned to me was probably seventy miles away from our house, but we're in Austin. They are actually doing a really good job. They answer my questions and provide me the service that I need. We've only had them change the locks in our house though. They scheduled for a locksmith to come and he did a great job with that. They definitely provide the service we were looking for.
Had problem with our air conditioner they had somebody out the same day very pleased
The service was just given to us. So far they have failed when it comes to fixing things and I've gotten really frustrated. When our dishwasher had some issues, the guy that came out and looked at it said it was just the type of soap that we were using. When the air conditioner and the furnace went out they said it was a pre-existing maintenance issue, so they wouldn't even cover that at all.
We've had 2 different incidents, and they both have been handled quickly; they were very friendly as well.
