I had a plumbing problem in my bathroom because the water would come up the bathtub when I flushed the toilet. They were really responsive and came and took care of that. They are also very thorough. It's all really straightforward, which I really like and appreciate. It's easy and helpful for when you're trying to contact someone to solve any problems.
Whenever I need to call them the contractor usually gets in touch with us some 15 minutes later. They helped us replace a faucet in our bathroom.
They're phenomenal, absolutely phenomenal. Whether through the internet or through the phone, they're fast. If you put in a claim online, they'll call you back within minutes and help you get things settled. I've had to wait from nothing to a few minutes until they get things worked out.
