Customer support has been great. We use the them when we close on a property to re-key the house. Though that the depends on the locks.
Their customer service has been great! They just recently replaced a pool filter and swapped it out; it was awesome. That would've cost me over a thousand bucks with labor, so everything's been great. I've had other home warranties that were terrible, but Landmark is way better.
My mortgage person suggested the service so I went with it. When I first bought my home I had my locks changed and they were quick and efficient about it. I'm a bit frustrated though because I thought it covered more than what it actually does.
I've had good experiences with them in the past. They've been very efficient and on top of every situation. Currently, our electricity is not working and they're coming in to help us with the outlets that need to be taken care of.
I've had 2 issues since I started with them. One was the toilet, which wasn't flushing properly. I called them to fix it and eventually they had to replace the whole toilet. The other issue I had was with my electric bill, which starting coming back really high for some reason. They have done a great job so far. Once the microwave quit working, and they had a tech out here right away. It took 3 visits before we got the right part and it was fixed. It is fixed though, and it's working just great now. They did a very prompt and wonderful job.
Good service so far. Used for tune up of air conditioning and heating system.
I see some value in a home warranty, but I'm not seeing nearly the benefit that I thought I was purchasing.
So far they've been doing pretty good. We had our outlet in the kitchen go out, so the set someone to come in. The electrician came in and fixed it pretty quickly, within 4-5 days actually. It has been really good and we haven't had any complains. We did get an issue with the subcontractor, but they took care of that and got us a new person.
