Impeccable! Landmark Home Warranty is great! I've used them twice, and they had someone over here right away. I'm totally happy and satisfied.
We've made a request online, and they followed up with it promptly, so their representatives were great. Also, the service calls have been made promptly.
I've gotten maintenance check ups with them and there was nothing wrong with anything. They were quick and got the job done.
Not all my claims were handled the first time in a satisfactory manner, but Landmark followed up to correct their mistakes. This good faith and going the extra mile warrants an "8". I would add with my recommendation to persevere on a claim not handled satisfactorily the first time, as Landmark will definitely follow thru to make it right
I'm happy with the service. I've had to call their representatives already, and they've been very responsive. The service request was filled quickly, however, it's a complicated process to actually get to the service request.
They are very timely, efficient, and courteous. I recently needed to use the warranty because the garage door stuck closed. I made a call and within about 10 minutes the service provider called me and came out. The job got done by the next day. I really appreciate the help.
