Most things I've had them come out for they have fixed but the quality of their repair people in general are not the best

Customer support has been very good. Every time I contact them for questions, they call me back and send someone out to look at my problem. I think they're a good and caring company, and they seem like the really put the customer's needs as of their own.
I found out about them through the management company I was working for, and one of their salesmen who visited us regularly and did what a good salesman does. They are there to answer my questions quickly and to get someone dispatched out for me as soon as possible. I had inherited an air-conditioning maintenance contract from a previous owner, so I was using the company that they had a contract with, who lied and told me that my compressor was leaking or something, and that it would cost me $1,500 because that part wasn't c... read more
It's great. We have used it several times and they were usually here on time. The people they sent were also very good for the most part and got the things that we needed fixed. The only reason we did not renew with them is that we had some not so great experiences. First with a plumber and then with an electrician. We just didn't see the value of continuing with them since we still had to pay every time they came. It didn't matter if they fixed the problem or not, we had to pay.

So far, their customer support has been good. They get a hold of us either by phone or email. Scheduling everything was also fine. They seem to have the best value.
