They were quick to respond, they even checked up on the work they sent out.
I had to call them really early in the morning, without thinking they were going to able to answer the phone, but someone did answer. They reassured me that they would get everything taken care of quickly, and the matter was followed up, later that morning. Landmark followed up the next day to make sure everything had been handled properly, and there was good email communication from them along the way.
They have been very consistent with everything and gone through with most repairs and problems. We had a time about a month and a half ago where we had a leak in the shower. We got in contact with the home warranty company and they just took my info. I got a callback a couple of days later and the guy came out and checked what the issue was and fixed it. They guys come and take care of the problems and show up when they say they would, often on the same day.
They've got good service and good customer support. I usually just call them and one day later they send somebody to come and visit me. I'm very happy with their service. I will recommend Landmark Warranty to all the people I know.
Although they're pretty good at explaining why or why not of certain things that are covered, they sometimes respond quickly, and other times they don't. We've used the service several times already, and they assigned a company to fix our A/C. I really liked them, but it looks like their contract expired, because they assigned another company later on. I guess we still save money.
Quick and excellent customer servicess. I have two properties covered by Landmark home warranty.
They are usually ok, and I am glad to have them to help take care of major repairs. However, if the same issue happened before, they could really put it inder one service request. Instead, they are making me pay another service call fee, and I am not happy about that.
It has been good. The GFI in my bathroom wasn't working, so they sent somebody out. It turned out it just needed to be reset, there wasn't anything wrong with it but they reset it and it was okay. I didn't quite like one of the home security people they were working with, Northstar I think. But other than that, they're ok.
So far, so good. Haven't used the service very much. No serious problems with my covered items.
