It has been very good. So far I've used the service twice, once for the air-condition and once for the microwave. Both times it was an excellent service. The Landmark people have ordered the parts for us and kept checking with the contractors. The contractors themselves have come on time and fixed the problems.
They always have someone that can come out to fix what needs to be fixed. They are also very prompt. I used my warranty to fix my washing machine and they just came, diagnosed the problem, and got it fixed. That's about the only time that I have needed to use it, but it does seem like they are there if I ever need anything. They have been very responsive for each service call.
Set up was easy and it's very easy to talk to them and figure out what I need to do to get everything ready. We had an electrical issue where the circuit was popping really often. At first we weren't sure if that was a new issue or something that was a pre-existing problem with the house. We took a close look and it turned out that the house was not wired properly. He was quick to respond and come to fix the problem right away. They have been a very good company to us.
They are always very responsive and check on the status of our orders. We've had to use it a couple of times for random repairs around the house. It is very easy to open a request online and afterwards someone from their service center calls to make sure that an appointment is scheduled. They also check afterwards to make sure that we are satisfied with the service.
They are prompt and on the ball when handling problems
They are good. I've had some plumbing leaks in the past, and they've sent somebody out to fix it. They were very courteous, nice, and helpful.
