This warranty was what was offered to me when I purchased my home. I've used it several times, just this week I had to have a leaking water heater replaced, and they got it taken care of almost immediately. The people that they get to do the service have been topnotch, very professional and always been perceptive to my needs. They've been very quick to respond to my request for services, and they've always followed up to make sure the work is complete.
Employees are prompt and professional. The contractors we get from Landmark call us promptly and do great work.
We called them already because our air conditioner wasn't working properly, and they immediately took care of it. They chose a top rate provide to come out here and fix the problem, so that was good.
Way too long a wait on the phone and Chat. Multiple calls required. Assigned servicemen who did not service the area or were too busy to come for over a week. The eventual outcome has always been good.
I went with Landmark since it had the same benefits as a different company but for a lesser price. My husband is the one that has the most contact with them, but so far I have no complaints about them. Recently we had a plug and a switch in the house by the front door that was not working, so we called them to set up an appointment with an electrician. Customer support is very quick, and had a good repairman come over to fix our air conditioner. He replaced the capacitor that runs the motor; plus, he was very thorough and knowledgeable.
Everything has been good. The person they sent out to fix our pool pump ordered the parts that were needed, and replaced it. Besides that, we haven't had to deal with customer support.
We have used them once and had a good experience but high deductible/service fee has prevented us from other service calls
Generally, Landmark has been very good. I've had a couple of issues here and there where we didn't agree with them, but we've been with them for years. A few years ago something happened that changed their service a little though.
