They seemed to be very good and very efficient, plus they were good to follow up. The contractors that they use are very good, but there has been times where the items they fix are not working correctly the day after they come over.
It's easy to use and they give you quick service and a turn around. We had an issue with the electricity and the home warranty people came out. They diagnosed what was wrong with our electricity and took care of it.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT EXPERIENCE
I don't have any issues with them. During the summer we had some problems with our air conditioners and they got me set up and actually got it fixed in the same day.
The landmark team was easy to speak with and schedule an electrician to come out. They even came so fast it was the following morning. They also followed up with me after the job was completed to see if I was satisfied with the job.
Customer service was very nice on the phone, and they helped me get my hot water fixed. They do need to get a better contractor though.
They are the best company out here as far as I can tell and I'm really satisfied with their customer service. The first time I ever used it was with my refrigerator. When the ice maker stopped working, I called them and they got the service man to come out the very next day. He came a little earlier than he said he would, looked at it, and told me he needed to order a part for it. He was back in 3 days and completed the job. The customer service is good. I had calls with them and everything went excellent. The only thing that wasn't that good was the plumbing company that they sent. Those tech said that they didn't have the camera to replace it, and that it would be 40 bucks to get that part. I don't know why a plumbing company in Utah wouldn't have that, but that was that.
Have dealt with the most twice for warranty issues and both handled timely and effectively.
