My experiences with them have all been positive. For instance, my ceiling fan's cord was stuck, so I couldn't decrease or increase the speed of it. They sent an electrician and he knew immediately that the problem was not the fan but the cord. He was able to straighten it out and everything went well. Since he had to charge me $70 for coming out, he asked me if there was anything else that he could do in my house to help me. In the end he went around and fixed a couple of light switches and that was that.
Most of our experience has been very good. Once we needed to have the ice-maker repaired or replaced, so we called them. Before we were even done with our phone call with Landmark, the repair people were calling us to make the appointment. One of them took longer than I hoped for but for the most part I've been pleased.
A friend recommended it you know. It's pretty good. Last time my refrigerator was broken, so I called them and they came and got it fixed. Everything is good.
The first time we needed to use it was for our shower. I was out of town, and my wife didn't know how it worked, so Landmark was very helpful in getting somebody out there that day to fix the counter faucet. Our experience was a bit feisty, but overall, it was positive.
There's not much to say really, we have a problem, they respond, it gets fixed. It has worked out. One issue we had was our water heater. We called Landmark, they sent out a tech, and it turned out to be a simple fix. The issue went away. Everything has worked out great.
The service came with the house when we bought it. I would say that 70% of the time, Landmark's service was really really good. Sometimes though, because it's on the policy or whatever, they are a little slow on getting back to you when you need something urgent. Also, some of their contractors didn't seem to be up to par. It's not that good.
They are a very concerned and personable people to talk to the list to what you have to say no matter how irritated you sound wether it is towards them or to the contractor that you have been dealing with
Customer support always has been really positive, they get everything always taken care of fast, and I feel like I got more than I paid for. They were recommended by our realtor, and right after we bought the house, the fridge went out and they sent somebody here. They repaired the fridge and then they left, but they sent somebody back out the next day because it needed a compressor.
