Cause the tech didn't fix the problem. It took two trips for him and he still never fixed the problem. Scheduling the tech was hard to. To get him to get here.
They have been very responsive any time we had any issues with the house. They are quick to respond and follow up with you to make sure that you get the best service and everything is done correctly. They do that by phone and email. One example of that was with our shower in the second bathroom. It was leaking, so we called Landmark and they sent a repair person out. Within a day of us calling them, everything had been resolved and they got in touch with us to make sure all issues were fixed.
The service came with the house when I purchased it and it has been ok. I needed it last month and they were quick to respond to my initial call, but they were a bit slow to finish the work.
Service calls are a little high, but had a very good experience with them overall.
So far, they've been pretty good. They're very responsive, and they don't seem to have any issues. I filed a claim online, and they call me within an hour or so, and had somebody repair whatever needed to be repaired, so it's been pretty flawless. My first home warranty company messed up my home, but this isn't the case with Landmark, so I've been happy.
The time I called them, I wasn't exactly sure what had stopped working, so Landmark sent over a technician that identified the problem and corrected. They answered quickly, and the job was well done, so I'm satisfied with their service.

I've only had the service for about a month or so, I really haven't had any time to get involved with them. I have used them tho, I had a flood with my washer and they responded pretty quickly. Every time I call them or ask them any questions, they are always quick to answer.
