I have bee using their services from two years their services are exceptional
A lot of my appliances stopped working on a fairly new house, so Landmark provided people to come and fix them, and they did a good job. Customer support itself has been good as well.
They answer my questions and they've replaced my hot water heater when it was leaking. They took care of the problem that I had.
I don't think I've spoken with them very often, just to schedule jobs and what not. Our garage door broke once, so I did that, scheduled something, and the guys came out and fixed it.
We went with them since they looked like they had the best options. They have been pretty quick and prompt in their service. When one of our external pipes backed up they were able to get somebody out here and fix it. It's worth the price for all the things that come with the warranty and the options they give you.
We've had nothing but good experience with them. We had 4 claims and they were quick to cover them. They replaced our whole air conditioner!
They have been excellent and very helpful. We had an issue with our garage door, so we called and I was contacted quickly by the company that was gonna come out to fix it. We made arrangements and they did an excellent job. We've just been completely satisfied.
I've used it on 2 occasions. The first was for the plumbing and the plumber that came out took care of the problem right away. I was very satisfied actually but I think he should have been able to figure it out faster. On a different occasion our DEV11 needed to be repaired, and we got excellent service with that. The only thing is that it didn't cover water softeners and I wished I had known about it in advance.
Very freindly staff and prompt. Really nice to work with over the phone.
