It was the warranty that the seller of my home chose when they bought it. I didn't chose them. I've put in a request for technicians to come out with a couple of things; they responded quickly and I haven't had a hassle. Our oven control panel was broken, so the oven wasn't working properly. I asked to have them send the tech out. The tech came out, they looked at it, said they would get a replacement part if possible, or otherwise they'll replace the oven. For the most part, their customer service has been pretty good. The first time I used them, it took them about a week to actually check everything out. My A/C had an issue. However, the second time, they took care of everything within a day.
For the most part it has been really good. I actually had to go down there in an effort to get one thing done but, for the most part, they've held up their end of the bargain quite well.
I heard they had the best customer service, so I decided to go ahead and try it. The rep that I communicated with was thorough and followed up with me to make sure that the service provider had done a good job. A couple of weeks ago I had to call them since my garbage disposal stopped working. I haven't really tested the full limits of my warranty, but as far as our needs go it seems to be good and easy process.
My realtor picked it for me. They have been very responsive and helpful, especially when I needed to replace my furnace. It's the best service I have used.
So far it is been problematic getting reputable and reliable services
They provide the service for rekey on my home, so I used the service for that. The rekey company came in and worked very well. Plus, their representatives were excellent and prompt on following up with us. They were able to give me a great experience.
They've been good. I've had to use it for an issue we had with the garage. It was fine and they were quick to resolve it and then followed up nicely.
It took them 3 days to fix my problem, but other than that, the service is excellent.
