When I called them because my A/C wasn't working, they contacted me within 2 hours, and they came the very next day to fix it, so that was pretty good.
Customer support is very good; every time I've had to file a claim they submit the claim information immediately. When my AC went out in the middle of the summer here in Texas, which was no fun, they immediately found someone and got me taken care of ASAP. They've been professional and quick to resolve any issues that I have. Plus, they have been prompt, professional, and courteous every time I deal with them.
The service has been really fast and clear. They text us to confirm things and there's no confusion about anything, which is nice. Once a pipe broke in our basement and it started to flood. We called Landmark and they sent out somebody rather quickly. They fixed the whole thing.
Their customer support team was accurate in answering my questions, and responding to my needs. Miguel has been a great help for me, every time I've called them.
The homeowners referred me to Landmark, and I thought it was a good recommendation. Every time I call, somebody answers and things get moving right away. They helped me with a leak in my water heater that was flooding my house. We got somebody that same afternoon to come and fix it. It's doing everything well, and their service is cheap too.
My renters told me about some problems they were having with a few appliances, and after calling, Landmark got somebody right on it. They were pretty good actually, they fixed the problem.
